How does it arrive, and is it ready to gift?

Yes. It arrives in a golden festive box with orange shredded paper filling, ready to hand over, as no rewrapping is needed.


What are diyas, and who makes them?

Diyas are the small clay lamps lit during Diwali. Handmade candlelight holders, shaped by traditional artisans rather than machine-pressed, so every one is slightly different. They are made by students of the Salaam Bombay Foundation, meaning part of what you spend supports their work. Designs, colours and sizes vary from box to box

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?

Pre-orders are open now and all hampers ship on 20th October 2026. For orders placed after that date, delivery usually takes two to three working days, or sooner depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Either way, your hamper will arrive in good time for Diwali

Can I swap or customise the items?

Not for single orders. The thirteen items are hand-picked to work together across a whole day of Diwali, so the box is fixed as it comes. For bulk orders, email us at orders@truefieldfoods.com

What allergens should I be aware of?

Across the thirteen items there are products containing wheat and gluten, nuts, sesame and soya, and the jam is sweetened with honey. Every item carries its own ingredient and allergen information on pack, so please check these if you are sending it to someone with an allergy.
