Refund policy
Damaged or lost products:
If your product arrives not as described or in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with our team and we'll sort it out.
Email orders@truefieldfoods.com with a photo and a short description of what happened. Replacements and refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
If you've changed your mind on an item, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it in to be eligible for a return.
How to return an item:
Please pack items securely before sending — glass items must be wrapped in protective packaging. Items returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
1: Include a returns note inside the parcel. Contact us to request one.
2: Email orders@truefieldfoods.com to receive your prepaid shipping label.
3: Drop your parcel at the nearest post office with the prepaid label attached.
4: Once received, we'll email you to confirm your refund. It will reach your account within 5 working days, returned to your original payment method.
Cancelling an order:
We work quickly to pick and pack your order so your healthy goods reach you as soon as possible. Because of this, once an order is placed it can't be amended or cancelled — including changes to delivery address or payment method.
