By accessing our website and/or making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

Ordering and Payment

(a) You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

(b) All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may withdraw or replace products at our discretion.

(c) By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout, including product prices, applicable taxes and shipping fees.

(d) We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay via secure payment gateways.

(e) Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

(f) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order - for example, where we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing or breach of these terms - in which case you will receive a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not always represent the final product. Full statutory allergen and nutritional information is displayed on each product detail page and on the product packaging.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver only to the locations specified on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for
delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect details.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds 

(a) Consumers

  • You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt (“cooling‑off period”) and receive a full refund.
    • Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
    • Returns are at your own cost unless the product is damaged or defective.
    • You must obtain proof of shipment; if we do not receive the goods, we cannot process your
    refund.
    • We will process your refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving
    the goods (or proof of return) in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

(b) Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, you must contact us within 48 hours of
    delivery.
    • We will replace the product or offer a refund.
    • Refunds cover standard delivery costs only; express delivery charges are non‑refundable.

(c) Business Customers
Business customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
