All of our products are ambient, which means they don’t require refrigeration and are shelf-stable. Just store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odours. 

Here’s how to keep your items fresh: 

• Pancake Mix & Dosa Mix: Once opened, reseal tightly or transfer to an airtight container to keep them dry and clump-free. 
• Noodles: Keep in a dry cupboard. Make sure the pack is sealed properly after opening to protect from humidity. 

Avoid storing any of our products near heat sources or in steamy environments like above the stove - a pantry or cupboard works great.
