Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. 
  • When your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send a shipment notification email with tracking details. 
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 
  • We do not offer same-day delivery - orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. 

Delivery Partners & Timescales 

  • We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands). 
  • Deliveries are handled by reliable courier services, offering Track and Trace for real-time order updates. 
  • Expect your order to arrive within 3-4 working days after dispatch. 
  • Please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

At TrueField Foods, we want you to enjoy our products with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind? 

  • If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. 
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Please email info@truefieldfoods.com to obtain a Returns Reference before sending items back. 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders 

  • If you receive an item that is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please: 
  • Take clear photos of the issue. 
  • Email them to info@truefieldfoods.com within 48 hours of receipt. 
  • Do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as this may affect refund or replacement eligibility. 
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as appropriate. 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund. 
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
