Order Processing & Dispatch

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase.

When your parcel is packed and handed to the courier, we will email you a shipment notification with a tracking link.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

We do not offer same‑day delivery; orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.

Delivery Partners & Timescales

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands).

All parcels are handled by reputable couriers and include full track & trace visibility.

Estimated delivery is 3-4 working days after dispatch.

Please allow extra time during peak periods.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Before sending anything back, email info@truefieldfoods.com to obtain a return's reference.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Take clear photos of the issue.
  • Email the images and your order number to info@truefieldfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep the product until we advise further; disposing of it beforehand may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Once the claim is reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs where applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 14 days (typically 7–10 working days). If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
