Pressed from naturally dried coconut kernels in a traditional wood press, this coconut oil is single filtered and left unrefined, so it keeps the aroma and flavour that refining strips away. No additives, no preservatives, no chemical extraction.

A staple in Indian kitchens for generations, it is made for tadka, roasting and sautéing, and for drizzling over hot rice, rotis or a finished curry. The coconut character comes through clearly, so it works where you want that flavour rather than a neutral oil. It solidifies below around 24°C, which is normal for unrefined coconut oil and does not affect quality.

Allergen Note: Packed in a facility where wheat, tree nuts and seeds are processed.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fine sediment is natural in single filtered oils.
