Frequently Asked Questions
What allergens does this contain?
This product contains wheat, oats, almonds, peanuts, milk and sulphites, and the nut and seed mix includes cashews. Anyone with an allergy to these ingredients should not consume this product. Please read the full ingredient list carefully before purchasing.
Is it sweet, given there is no sugar added?
Barely — the pack shows 3g of sugar per 100g, none of it added. Steviol glycosides provide a light sweetness and the cinnamon and vanilla do the rest, so it reads as warm and spiced rather than sweet.
What is soya crisp, and why is it in here?
Small puffed pieces made from soya protein. They add crunch that holds up in milk better than flakes alone, and they carry a good share of the protein, which is how the mix reaches 24% without a powder stirred through.
Is the cinnamon noticeable?
Yes, but as warmth rather than spice. With the vanilla alongside it, the effect is closer to a cinnamon bun than to anything sharp. Because there is almost no sugar competing with it, the flavour comes through more clearly than in a sweetened cereal.
How does it compare with the Nut Delight version?
This one has more nuts and seeds, more protein and considerably less sugar — 3g against 6g per 100g. Nut Delight leads on raisins and almonds for a fruitier bowl; this is nuttier and more savoury-leaning, with the spice carrying the flavour.
