A crunchy, aromatic tea-time rusk made with the warm, fragrant flavour of real green cardamom (elaichi). Made with 100% wholemeal wheat flour and absolutely no refined white flour (maida), this 240g pack is a source of protein and fibre with a gentle, honest sweetness.

No chemical preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours, no palm oil, and no emulsifiers, just clean, simple ingredients. Perfect on its own or dipped in your tea or coffee.

Ingredients: Wholemeal Wheat Flour (Chakki Fresh Atta), Semolina (Sooji), Cane Sugar, Rice Bran Oil (Edible Vegetable Oil), Wheat Gluten, Green Cardamom (Elaichi), Yeast, Iodised Salt, Cardamom Extract (Elaichi Oil), Rosemary Extract, Cultured Glucose.
