I recently tried Mille Plant Protein (Coffee flavour), and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The taste is one of its strong points — it has a mild sweetness that isn’t overpowering, which I really appreciate. The coffee flavour is especially enjoyable and feels quite natural. I also like that it uses date powder and monk fruit as sweeteners instead of regular sugar, making it a healthier choice.Another big plus is that it feels light on the stomach. I found it easy to digest and gut-friendly, which is very important for daily use. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The price (₹1399 for 500g) feels a bit on the higher side — a range of ₹800–₹1000 would make it more accessible and competitive. I also experienced slight throat irritation when I had it with milk, although I’ve only tried it once so far, so I’m not sure if this will be a recurring issue. One more point to note is that the packaging mentions “nature identical” flavouring but doesn’t clearly specify the source. This lack of transparency might be a concern for users who prefer fully natural ingredients. The packaging quality could also be improved. The resealable pouch in my order was torn, and some protein powder had spilled inside the Amazon packaging. However, I must appreciate that Amazon customer care handled the issue promptly and replaced it with a fresh order without any hassle.Overall, it’s a good-quality plant protein with great taste and digestibility. With a slightly better price point, improved packaging, and more transparency around ingredients, it could easily become a top choice.

I’ve been using the Mille Yeast Protein for three months now, and here is a breakdown of my experience:Impact & Recovery: This protein genuinely speeds up muscle recovery, keeps my appetite in check, and helps build a great athletic physique when paired with a solid diet and training routine.Taste & Texture: The flavor is amazing, though the texture is admittedly a bit chalky. Honestly, the mixability doesn't bother me at all—I just shake it a little longer or stir it with a spoon. I’m here for the results, and since it delivers, a slightly gritty texture is a non-issue.Digestion & Bloating: I originally switched to vegan protein to escape the heavy bloating caused by standard whey and whey isolate. This yeast protein has been a game-changer: zero bloating and effortless digestion. For context, I take two scoops a day to help hit my 100g+ daily protein goal.Value for Money: Finding affordable protein in the Indian market that actually agrees with your stomach is tough. At around ₹3,500 per kilo for a bloat-free product that works, this is absolutely worth the investment for me.Final Verdict: Massive shoutout to Team Mille! You've created an effective, high-quality vegan alternative to whey that actually delivers on its promises.

Delicious tasting protein powder, a great choice for your evening snack/coffee, no powdery/grainy texture like other protein powders and mixes nicely with milk as well as water, bit pricey and hope it comes in a 1 kg packaging with cost affordability!

I'm not keen on the monkfruit extract for a sweetener I think I would prefer stevia since monkfruit has a powerful aftertaste. That's the only reason I took a star away. I usually steer clear of it. Oh well. I managed to make a very tasty protein shake with a scoop of Ryze marshmallow, a scoop of this, and 2 scoops of Yasso chocolate chip cookie dough frozen yogurt. I call it, Toasted Hazelnut Tiramisu, because that's how it tasted. I think the yeast provided a toasty flavor that is unique to a yeast based protein. I will try the unflavored when this batch ends.

Tasty

I’m so happy I found this protein powder! It’s creamy, really tasty, satisfying and such a pleasure to have as part of my daily routine.I’ve been searching for a protein powder that ticked all the boxes, and this one really does. The flavour is lovely, it feels great to drink, and I’m grateful to have found something that makes getting enough protein feel easy and enjoyable rather than a chore.A new favourite for me! ✨

Not a fan of the taste. Trying out a yeast protein for the first time. It is quite light. It was quite easy to mix. The first time I tried it out was with water in a shaker. It mixed well, but I didn't like the taste at all. The next time I put it in my coffee, it tasted better. If you have a sweet tooth, you might feel that the sweetness is not what you imagine it to be. But otherwise it should be fine. What I liked is their certificate for heavy metals. I hope they test it for each batch as they mention.

I’m sucker for good vegan protein powder. I tried other brands coffee flavours too, none of them matched this. Hazelnut coffee flavour is really good. Gave me the south Indian filter coffee vibes.

My favorite protein powder, tastes amazing and has an amazing creamy texture on blending with milk. No weird protein or stevia taste, the date powder add the right amount of sweetness. This replaces my morning coffee. A little bit on the expensive side but I love it.
