Better than rice. Tasty and great at reducing blood sugar. Just wish the price was a bit more affordable.

The first time, I made the mistake of using this straight from the pack. But it had few small stones and impurities in it that grated between the teeth. Next time onward, began trying to clean it before using, but since both the millets and stones are tiny, this was difficult.

I just bought them out of curiosity but my sons didn't like it. Although, they're really good for people who want to avoid rice .

The calorie to protein ratio is too low to consume this on regular basis. You'll find cheaper alternatives in local supermarkets for such foxtail millets.
