Pressed just once in traditional wood and stone mills, Gramiyaa Cold Pressed Mustard Oil keeps the sharp, pungent flavour and rich aroma of mustard seeds intact. In the kitchen, its bold taste brings depth to curries, stir-fries, marinades, pickles, roasted vegetables and leafy greens. With a smoke point of 200°C, it's well suited to frying, sautéing and everyday high-heat cooking. Beyond the kitchen, massage it into the scalp and hair before washing, use it as a warming body massage oil, or smooth it over dry skin on elbows, knees and heels. Every batch is pressed in-house, lab-tested and fully traceable via the QR code on the pack. This 4.43L can is ideal for busy households and for refilling smaller bottles. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep the cap closed.
