Bit more expensive than veg oil but it is COLD PRESSED, No unnecessary heat treatments used so not carenogenic.

I have been looking for a good cold pressed groundnut oil after reading about the benefits of frying in this variety. I am really very happy to have found a high quality oil and well priced for being cold pressed. The packaging is very handy to store and keep.

I've always used Mr peanut but my store was out and I didn't need a gallon jug, so here we are.It comes in an opaque package, which is meant to preserve and that seems logical but above all the packaging seems sturdier.It tastes good, different than the monocle man's version but not in a bad way cleaner almost. It also seems a skosh thicker which was surprising but also great because for my cooking need it coated well. Over all its great and the peanut man lost a customer.

As far as I can tell it's really good stuff. I use it to fry chicken tenders once in awhile. I'm sure I'll find other uses. I like unrefined peanut oil if I was going to make Chinese chicken wings or maybe stir fry.I don't even go to Chinese restaurants anymore. None of them use peanut oil like they used to.
