Made with rare, high-altitude Himalayan chillies slow-roasted for a smoky depth, Dalle Crisp is Naagin's boldest and crunchiest chilli oil yet. Crisp, caramelised garlic and onion bring a nutty sweetness, and a wild mountain pepper related to Sichuan pepper adds a buzzing, citrusy tingle. The heat is clean and builds gradually, then lingers long after the last bite. A light sunflower oil base keeps it from feeling greasy. Spoon it over dumplings, ramen, fried rice, pizza, eggs, grilled meats or roasted vegetables.
